Reporting Window: If an order was left at a security gate (upon your explicit written instruction) and you find an internal quality issue, we are not responsible for that.
Mandatory Evidence: No refund claim will be processed
Sole Discretion: The final decision to approve a partial refund, store credit, or replacement lies solely with the management of Mandi at home after our internal verification.
Refund Mode: Approved refunds will not be sent back to your bank instantly; they will be credited to your Mandi at home App Wallet for future purchases, or processed to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
