"Products" refers to the fresh fruits, vegetables, and any other items listed for sale on our platform.
Freshness & Quality: We strive to deliver the highest quality fresh fruits and vegetables. Since these are natural perishables, natural variations in color, shape, and size are normal.
Weight Variations: Fresh produce can lose moisture during transit, and exact item sizes vary. While we aim for precision, the final weight of delivered items may vary slightly (up to 5-10%) from the weight ordered.
Pricing: All prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice due to daily market fluctuations in market rates. You will be charged the price listed at the time of your order confirmation.
Stock Availability: All orders are subject to availability. If a specific fruit or vegetable is out of stock after you place an order, we will contact you to offer a substitute or issue a refund for that item.
To place an order, you may be required to create an account or provide valid contact details.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided (delivery address, phone number, and name) is accurate and complete. Mandi at home cannot be held responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
Delivery Areas: Currently, our delivery services are limited to specific operational zones (including Paschim Vihar, Punjabi Bagh, and surrounding areas). We reserve the right to reject orders outside our delivery radius.
Delivery Slots: We make every effort to deliver your order within the selected or promised time slot. However, delays caused by traffic, weather, or unavoidable circumstances are beyond our control.
Receiving Deliveries: Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Because our products are highly perishable, we cannot take responsibility for items left unattended or spoiled if no one is available to receive them at the specified address.
Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched for delivery. Once the delivery executive has left our facility, cancellations will not be accepted.
Returns at the Time of Delivery: We strongly recommend inspecting the freshness and quality of the fruits and vegetables at the exact time of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of any item, please return it to the delivery executive immediately.
Post-Delivery Complaints: Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, complaints regarding quality or missing items must be raised within 2 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence. Acceptance of returns or refunds post-delivery is at the sole discretion of Mandi at home.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method or credited to your store wallet within 3–5 business days.
We accept payments via online modes (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable.
If a payment fails but money is deducted from your account, the refund will be processed by your bank as per their standard timelines.
Mandi at home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, services, or products.
While we maintain strict hygiene standards, customers are advised to thoroughly wash all fruits and vegetables before consumption.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
Mandi at home reserves the right to edit, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. We encourage customers to frequently check this page for any changes. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
